A friendly and enthusiastic teacher

I can describe myself as friendly, enthusiastic, and respectful.
I've been teaching for 2 years in a private school and a couple of months in ESL.
I really love teaching and it's my passion. I loved to see those students who I can change in a good way.
My teaching style using the 3 D's (directing, discussing, and delegating) because I believe effective teachers use a variety of styles and they know how and when to choose the most appropriate one for specific situations.
I love following up on my students.
